Waterfront Wellness Series: Bootcamp with Federal Hill Fitness

Baltimore-based Medifast and Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore invite you to West Shore Park for FREE outdoor fitness classes! Release some COVID stress! Give us 45mins and we will return the favor in sweat, fun & muscle fatigue. Expect a mix of plyometrics, cardio and core work, with many modifications offered.  All fitness levels welcome!  No equipment will be used, masks and distancing required.  Please bring a water bottle and a towel!

Together, Medifast and Waterfront Partnership hope to ignite healthy habits within our community!Classes are free to attend, and all skill levels are welcomed, but participants are required to register in advance as each class will be limited in size.
