Consider this a beaming bat-signal, inviting all women “of a certain age” to join forces against our common enemy— invisibility. In this one-hour workshop, we’ll shed our masks and capes and explore, through poetry, how we can use our voices to be seen. Through discussion, writing exercises and study of exemplary poems, we’ll learn how our poetry can still turn heads, long after society has focused its sights on our shiny new replacements.
