Join hundreds of dynamic women at our 2020 Women’s Forum, hosted by United Way of Central Maryland’s Women United to celebrate its 20th anniversary. Women United is building a movement to break barriers for Maryland residents that are unable to make ends meet despite their best efforts. Participants will be galvanized by inspiring panelists, workshops, and presentations to help us create meaningful, measurable change—TogetHER.
During the second session of the Women's Forum, assume a new identity to learn about innate racial, ethnic, gender, and other inequalities that shape and challenge the lives of those they impact. Factuality is an interactive session that simulates real-life experiences of inequity in America. More than 20,000 people from leading organizations and institutions across the country have participated in this powerful experience, which evokes empathy, increases cultural competence, and enhances self-awareness. It’s educational, it’s illuminating, and it’s real.
