About this Event
Honor Suicide Prevention Week by learning more to combat the stigma.
Did you know that in our country, about 130 people die by suicide each day (the 10th leading cause), and that it is largely preventable? In this community-based presentation, learn about the research behind suicide, risk factors, warning signs, and how to reach out to someone in crisis. Then stay for a panel discussion featuring people who have been impacted by suicide.
ASL interpretation will be available for attendees.
