Join our “table of ones” with Chef's Expressions at the stunning Gramercy Mansion for another elegant multi-course themed dinner paired this time with thoughtfully selected wines from Moshin Vineyards of Russian River Valley (CA). Winemaker, Mike Moshin, founder of the award-winning Moshin Vineyards, will join Chef Jerry Edwards for a magnificent pairing (of wine and food, too!)
Chef's Expressions not only promotes the art of dining and the enriching benefits of sharing culinary experiences with others; each Chef’s Expressions Wine Supper benefits a non-profit organization in the local area. Five stars with benefits.
Chef Jerry Edwards, renowned chef, oenologist, and founder and President of Chef's Expressions, has traveled around the world elevating the culinary experience, but not just for well-heeled. He is a philanthropist and hands-on giver on many noble and impactful causes.
A portion of the proceeds from this wine supper will go to 501(c)(3) Hope for Morrope expanding hope through education and microeconomic initiatives for impoverished indigenous people of the Morrope district, one of twelve districts of the province Lambayeque in Peru. The people of Morrope believe that the greatest chance of alleviating the hopelessness of poverty lies in the proper education of their young people. 10% of all ticket sales and 100% of pure cash donations will be donated to The Hope For Morrope Pre-University School program.
