Ray of Hope highlights the culmination of Rikiesha Metzger's doctoral exploration into Black Artistic Thought, her framework that focuses on how Black women artists express the spiritual in multifaceted ways. The exhibition highlights familial connections and social justice issues while using different media, to emphasize our shared humanity and how the sunray’s light symbolizes hope and healing.
