Start off the new year with a fresh perspective during this intensive mindfulness meditation course aimed at reducing stress, anxiety, and improved sleep. This mindfulness-based stress reduction (MSBR) course, which starts Thursday, Jan. 30 and runs through March 19, features eight classes and a one-day retreat run by Licensed Counselor James O’Neill, who founded Journey Mindfulness in 2017.
