In these interactive sessions, Health & Wellness Educators will share principles of emotional intelligence that can help us weather periods of uncertainty and instability in our lives. Participants will be guided in exploring emotional regulation, resiliency, mindfulness, and self-empowerment to help them navigate their personal journeys toward mastering their emotions. 3 Sessions available via Zoom . Free and open to the puplic. Attend as many as you’d like.
