Join Malaby, Ballou, and Kuhl for a night of improvised music at An die Musik Live!

Saxophonist Tony Malaby and trumpeter Dave Ballou began exploring sounds together when they met in 1995. They continued this collaboration throughout the years while each became involved in different projects and opportunities. The music they create is at times neatly compositional and at others ferociously energetic.

Multi-percussionist Mike Kuhl joins them in an evening of creations that will weave composed material and improvisations reflecting the collective consciousness of the group. Their performance offers a unique sonic experience for the audience as they become part of the journey.
