Our Kids Yoga Classes (ages 7-12 years) are fun and offer freedom to explore yoga breathing and exercises to gradually improve self-awareness, self-discipline, and focus.

Spring Session Classes are on Wednesdays @ 6pm-7pm from January 11, 2023 to March 29, 2023
