About this Event
This JCS Institute for Professional Development session based on Project READY: Reimagining Equity & Access for Diverse Youth, helps participants recognize implicit bias and microaggressions, providing strategies to promote inclusivity and better serve diverse communities. Through this training, participants will learn to identify and analyze biases, understand their impact, and develop practical skills to foster more equitable and effective interactions with clients. This session offers 1.5 Category I CEUs and contributes towards anti-oppressive practice requirement.
