The Farm will be open from 4-9pm on May 5th for the FIRST FRIDAY RELEASE of MANOR CHILL (Cold IPA, 6%).  Cold IPA is meant to be a showcase for hops, fermented at a cooler temperature than typical ales. For Manor Chill, we utilized flaked rice and corn to add a touch of body, while reducing malt character and achieving a dry finish on this west coast inspired beer. Amarillo and a particularly berry-forward lot of Columbus hops are at center stage with a splash of Citra and Loral singing backup. Aromas of blue and blackberries, big grapefruit and orange notes and a firm woody and resinous pine backbone round out this highly drinkable, refreshingly bitter Cold IPA.
