For September FIRST FRIDAY, our popular European Series continues with Munich Dunkel (Munich-Style Dark Lager, 5%)! It’s deliciously approachable and brings all the fall vibes.  Available in cans and on draught at the Farm beginning September 5th at 4pm

Plus, we will have Live Music from Jon Watkins. Making his Manor Hill debut from 5-8pm in the Courtyard! Manor Hill Pizza Trolley will be open with brick-oven Neapolitan pizzas, salads, snacks, novelty ice creams, and more!

More about the Beer: In German, “dunkel” means dark… so our take on a Munich Dunkel Lager naturally uses a grist of nearly 100% German dark Munich malt, with a dash of chocolate malt. The result is a deep amber colored dark lager exhibiting aromas of toasted breads and roasted plums, layered with subtle notes of chocolate and toffee. Using traditional German hops that bring just enough bitterness for balance, we’ve allowed the malt to shine while maintaining a barely dry, crisp finish. PROST!!

More about The Taproom: We will have 13 farm-brewed beers (+ our hard seltzer) on draught and multiple options in cans available to go.  All seating on the Farm is first come, first served.  We have indoor seating, a large covered tent, and plenty of outdoor space to spread out. There are several picnic tables in our field, but we also encourage you to bring your own chairs or even a portable (10×10) pop-up tent for shade and find your new favorite spot with friends.

More about The Farm: As you enter the farm, on the right side of the driveway, you will see 14 acres of non-GMO corn. Every single beer brewed at Manor Hill uses this corn in its recipe.  On the left side of the driveway as you enter you will see our 12-acre cow pasture where we host 20 Black Angus Cattle on the farm from Spring to Fall (there is an additional cattle pasture behind the residence).  Directly behind our Taproom, we have a coop with approximately 30 egg-laying hens.  Next to our chicken coop is our goat enclosure featuring Mary and Gilbert, a mother and son set of Pygmy Goats.
