Multidisciplinary community artists Mama Sallah Jenkins and Unique Robinson will activate Baltimore's historic "Cathedral of Books" through original poetry, spoken word, and music inspired by the legacy and work of pioneering textile artist Elisabeth Talford Scott. Performative activations will begin at 5:30pm, followed by a reception.

This event is presented in conjunction with the exhibition Reverberations: Disruption and Healing Through the Hands of Elizabeth Talford Scott, on view through April 18 at Johns Hopkins University's George Peabody Library, and the Baltimore City-wide No Stone Left Unturned: The Elizabeth Talford Scott Initiative.
