Each year hundreds of patients, families and health providers convene at the Annual Mood Disorders Symposium to improve knowledge and treatment of mood disorders and engage in a conversation. Families are integral to our annual symposium and play a critical role in the management of psychiatric illness.
Consistent with our tradition, recognizing the collaborative relationship between care providers, patients and their families, Dr. Karen Swartz and Dr. J. Raymond DePaulo, Jr. will interview singer/song-writer Meg Hutchinson and her sister Tessa Adams. Other featured speakers include Dr. Kay Redfield Jamison, Dr. James “Jimmy” Potash, Dr. Bernadette Cullen, and Dan Buccino, LCSW-C, BCD.
